The Tasks module in CheckOp offers powerful functionalities for mass data management, allowing both the export of detailed records for analysis and auditing, and the mass import of tasks for efficient planning and initial data loading.
Generate PDF of task report
This functionality allows you to create a professional PDF document with the summary of an executed task, including form responses and attached multimedia material.
Access: The option will only appear in the detail of a completed task, if a custom report template has been configured.
How to download PDF:
Access the Task Detail: Once the task is completed, navigate to its full detail.
Look for the Option: In the task detail, you will find a button or link to generate and download the report in PDF format. This button is under "General execution details".
Download task logs
This functionality allows exporting a list of tasks in file format (CSV or Excel) for external analysis, backup or use in other platforms.
Content: The file will include the main data of the tasks and, if applicable, the custom fields. It will download the tasks that are displayed with filters enabled.
Mass import of tasks
This functionality allows a large volume of tasks to be uploaded to the CheckOp platform simultaneously, using predefined templates.
Important: To import tasks, the first step is to download the Excel template. The content and structure of this template is dynamically generated and will depend on the information you previously select, such as the Process, Sub-process, Form and Schedule Type that will be associated to the tasks.
Download tasks by form
This functionality allows exporting a list of tasks that are associated to a specific form, facilitating the extraction of data for segmented analysis.
Filtering by Form: Allows selecting the desired form from a list to export only the tasks linked to it.
