GPS Tracking
Introduction
The GPS Trackingmodule in CheckOp is a monitoring tool that provides complete visibility of personnel in the field. It aims to improve coordination, safety and operational efficiency by enabling supervisors to make informed decisions based on the location and history of their teams.

Operational Tasks
Task management center where all operational activities are created, assigned, scheduled and monitored, allowing the visualization of statuses, assignment of responsible parties and scheduling according to different time criteria.
Agenda
The Agenda module provides a visual representation of tasks in a calendar, allowing efficient management and organization of scheduled activities.

Field Staff Visibility
This feature allows you to monitor the location of your team on a map in real time.
- Real Time Location: View the exact position of each team member on the map.
- Detailed Information: By selecting a user, you can view details such as their last reported location and the battery status of their mobile device.
- Applicability: This functionality is exclusive to users with the CheckOp mobile app and with tracking settings enabled in their profile.

Assigning Tasks from the Map
This functionality streamlines task assignment by allowing supervisors to delegate activities based on geographic proximity.
- Nearest User Assignment: You can assign a task to the technician closest to a customer location or to a custom point on the map.
- Efficiency: Reduce travel times and optimize the distribution of workloads.
- Proximity Filters: You can filter the proximity conditions of a user according to location, which helps to make the best assignment decision.

Geolocation Reports
This section includes the functionalities to consult and analyze historical location data, allowing to audit and evaluate the traceability of personnel.

Route History
This functionality allows you to review the history of routes traveled by each user during a specific period of time.
- Traceability: Provides a detailed record of personnel movements in the field.
- Filters by Date: You can filter route history by a specific travel date, facilitating analysis and auditing.
- Life Cycle Configuration: Route history records are retained for a defined period of time, which can be configured in the Security and Access Control module, where you can also set the life cycle time of the tracking information.
