Restrictions
Target
Configure access restrictions within CheckOP to protect information and control from which IP addresses the system can be accessed.
Configuring access restrictions allows you to limit access to the CheckOP system to a specific set of authorized IP addresses, enhancing security by preventing connections from unauthorized locations.
Operation
When this feature is enabled, access to CheckOP will only be allowed from IP addresses specifically added to the list of authorized IPs. Any attempt to access from an IP address not included in this list will be automatically blocked.
Function Location
This functionality is located within the Security Administration module, in the Restrictions section.
- Login to CheckOP with administrator credentials
- Access the Security Administration section.
- Locate the Restrictions option
Available Features
The Restrictions section includes the following configuration options:
- Restriction of access to established IPs.
- Activate/Deactivate access restriction to established IPs.
- Manage authorized IPs
- Add/Remove IPs that will be allowed access

IP access restriction is particularly useful in scenarios where CheckOP is required to be accessible only from:
- Corporate offices with fixed IP
- Enterprise VPN connections
- Specific geographic locations
- Authorized networks
