Introduction

CheckOP offers an additional module for the segmentation of operational tasks through Services or Products. This module allows the creation of company-specific products or services that can then be associated with the operational tasks created in the system. Although these elements are not directly linked to the processes in a structural way, their inclusion in the tasks allows for greater filtering and analysis capabilities.

How does it work?

Services/Products: This module allows you to associate one or more services or products to an operational task. For example, in a financial company, it could be products such as Credit Cards or Libranza Credits.

Purpose: The main advantage is the possibility to use products or services as an additional filtering or segmentation criterion, providing more clarity on which operational tasks are related to specific products or services.


Example Flow:

  • An operational task associated with a process and sub-process is created.
  • If relevant, a service or product can be associated with the task.
  • This link does not affect the hierarchy of the process, but allows you to segment and filter the tasks related to that particular service or product.

Use Case

In a bank doing Outside Sales, the financial products they offer are key. Let's assume that the field sales team is promoting two main products: Credit Cards and Libranza Credits. Although both products are related to the Outside Sales process, they may need to be differentiated for analysis or management purposes.

Example of an Operational Task:

  • Task: Meeting with customer in the field
  • Process: Outside Sales
  • Sub-process: Customer Visit
  • Associated Product: Credit Card

Thanks to this association, the bank can filter the tasks related exclusively to the promotion of Credit Cards, for example, to evaluate the performance of that particular product.

This type of segmentation provides the company with an additional layer of analysis that complements the organization of tasks by processes and sub-processes. Thus, the effectiveness of operations can be evaluated not only from the point of view of tasks, but also from the impact on specific products or services.

Create Service/Product

Process:

  1. Access the Services module
  2. Select the New Service option
  3. Complete the required information of the service or product
  4. Save the record

Edit Service/Product

Process:

  1. Locate the service in the list
  2. Select the Edit option
  3. Modify the required fields
  4. Save the changes

Considerations: Changes will be reflected in future associations with tasks. Tasks already associated will keep the reference to the edited service.

Remove Service/Product

Process:

  1. Locate the service in the list
  2. Select the Delete option
  3. Confirm the deletion

Considerations:

  • Deletion may affect referrals in associated tasks.
  • Evaluate the impact before deleting services with usage history.

Download Service/Product Records

Process:

  1. Access the Services module
  2. Select the option Download records
  3. The system will export a file with all the configured services.
  4. If there are custom fields, they will appear dynamically in the export

Functionality:

  • Allows to obtain a backup of all configured services.
  • Useful for external analysis or data migration
  • Includes dynamic fields if configured

Process:

  1. In the Services module
  2. Locate the filters option in the upper right corner.
  3. Use the available filtering options
  4. Apply the necessary search criteria

The services and products configured in this module are available for:

  • Association with tasks: Each task can have a service or product associated with it.
  • Task filtering: Filter tasks by service type.
  • Performance analysis: Evaluate effectiveness by product or service.
  • Operational segmentation: Organize activities according to the company's portfolio.

Impact on Other Modules

The configuration of services and products affects:

  • Tasks module: They appear as association options.
  • Reports Module: Allow segmented analysis by service.
  • HubSpot integration: Services can be synchronized as properties.
