Types of Multimedia Fields and their Operation
Photos and Videos
It allows taking photos or videos with the device's native camera or attaching files from the gallery. Multiple captures can be configured per field.
Voice Memos (Audio)
Allows you to record audio messages (e.g. customer testimonial, problem description) that are associated with the field response.
Digital Signature
Dedicated field that opens a tactile drawing interface. The customer or technician can sign directly on the screen, generating an image that is stored as evidence.
Documents
Allows attachment of existing files (PDF, Word, etc.) from the device memory.
