In the Desktop Version

You can change your password at any time through the "My Account" section.

Step by Step:

  1. Log in to the CheckOp platform.
  2. Navigate to the "My Account"section (usually accessible from the user menu in the upper right corner).
  3. Find and select the "Change Password"option .
  4. Enter your current password.
  5. Enter your new password and confirm it.
  6. Click "Save" or "Update" to apply the changes.

In the Mobile Application

The process on the mobile app is very similar, ensuring that you can manage your account security from anywhere.

Step by Step:

  1. Open the CheckOp mobile app and log in.
  2. Access your profile settings section (often represented by a gear icon or your profile picture).
  3. Look for the "Change Password"option .
  4. Enter your current password and then your new password.
  5. Confirm the new password and save your changes.

If everything is correct, the message "Changes were saved successfully" will be displayed.

If there are any errors (for example, if the email is invalid), you will see an error message.
