Installation | I can't install CheckOP on a corporate device
Introduction
If you're trying to install CheckOP from Google Play on a device managed by your organization and the "Install " option is disabled, the app may not have been enabled by your IT administrator.
The administrator did not grant you access to this item
When you open the CheckOP listing on Google Play, the following message may appear:
"The administrator has not granted you access to this item"
In this case, the Install button will be unavailable.
Why does this happen?
Corporate devices can be managed using Android Enterprise and a device management platform (MDM/EMM).
These organizations can control which apps are available to their users. In certain scenarios, users can only install apps that have been previously enabled by the administrator.
If CheckOP is not available to the user or device, Google Play will prevent its installation even if the user can find the app listing.
Opening the CheckOP link directly in Google Play does not bypass this restriction, because access is determined by the organization’s administrative settings.
Is this a CheckOP issue?
No.
This message does not indicate a CheckOP error or an incompatibility with the Android version. The block occurs because the organization controls which apps can be installed on the device.
It also cannot be resolved from within the app or by changing the phone's standard settings.
Is this a CheckOP issue?
This action must be performed by the IT administrator of the organization that manages the device.
The administrator must enable CheckOP from the company’s management platform and, where appropriate, assign it to the users or devices that need to use it.
Once the app is available in accordance with the organization’s policy, the user will be able to install it from the corresponding managed Google Play environment. Google notes that changes in availability may take a few hours to appear on the device.
Which platform runs on your device?
Select the platform your organization uses to view the corresponding instructions:
Approve and Assign CheckOP from Microsoft Intune
Enable CheckOP in Other Device Managers
Approve CheckOP from the Google Admin Console
If it has already been enabled and you still can't install it
If the administrator confirms that CheckOP has already been enabled but it still does not appear as available, you may need to wait for the change to propagate to the device. Google notes that some availability changes may take several hours.
If the problem persists after that time, the administrator should review the availability settings, assignment, and policies applied to the user or device. In some environments, an app may be available to the user but not appear in the managed catalog if it hasn’t been added to the appropriate layout or collection.
