Account Management

Login

This section manages the login of users to the platform using their credentials. It also includes options for resetting passwords.

My account

This section centralizes all the options a user has to customize and manage their own account.

Administration

This component centralizes the essential tools and configurations for the internal and operational management of the CheckOp platform, ensuring control, customization and security.

Configuration

Allows you to set general parameters governing the operation of the account, including security policies and the information lifecycle.

Profiles

In this module, user profiles are created, edited and deleted, to which specific permissions are associated to control access to CheckOp functionalities. It also allows enabling the execution of offline tasks for specific profiles.

Users

This module is the central point for user management, allowing you to create, edit, inactivate or delete users in the system. In addition, you can assign or change profiles and licenses, associate authorized devices, and perform bulk imports or downloads of user records.

History

It allows viewing, filtering and downloading logs of all actions performed in the system, providing full traceability of user activities and changes in the platform.

Dynamic Fields

This module facilitates the creation, editing and deletion of custom data capture fields for entities such as Customers, Processes and Sub-processes. These fields allow you to enrich the information with specific data to suit the needs of each business.

Clients and Services

Services

Module for the configuration and administration of the services and products offered by the company, allowing an additional categorization of operational tasks for reporting and analysis.

Customers and Locations

This section focuses on the comprehensive management of customer information and their geographic locations. It allows the creation, edition, deletion, import and massive update of customer records.

Operations

This component centralizes the essential tools and configurations for the execution and daily management of CheckOp' s operational workflows. It allows you to define the structure of processes, customize forms for data capture and organize work teams for an efficient allocation of tasks in the field and in the office.

Work Teams

Space to create and organize the hierarchical structure of teams, assign leaders, link specific processes to teams, and manage the members of each team, facilitating the efficient distribution of tasks.

Processes

Central module for the configuration of operational processes, associated sub-processes, and customized statuses/tags for tasks, allowing a structured organization of the company's operations.

Subprocesses

Sub-processes are located within each main process and detail more specific tasks that require individual tracking. They are directly associated with the creation and management of operational tasks, allowing for a finer segmentation of activities.

Form

Tool to design and customize data capture forms in the field, with multiple types of fields (text, photos, signature, video, etc.), organized in customizable sections and with configurable restrictions.

Operations Management and Monitoring

Operational Tasks

Task management center where all operational activities are created, assigned, scheduled and monitored, allowing the visualization of statuses, assignment of responsible persons and scheduling according to different time criteria.

Agenda

The Agenda module provides a visual representation of tasks in a calendar, allowing efficient management and organization of scheduled activities.

GPS Tracking

It provides real-time visibility of personnel in the field, allowing supervisors to monitor equipment locations, view route history and efficiently assign tasks based on proximity.

App

CheckOp's mobile application is the key tool for the execution of field tasks, designed to maximize productivity and data collection, especially in environments with limited connectivity.

Offline Mode

Allows users to answer tasks and forms without problems, even when there is no signal (in airplane mode or without data).

Real-Time Multimedia Evidence

Collection of enriched data. Allows the capture of photos, videos, voice notes, and digital signature of the client or technician directly within the task forms.

Traceability and GPS Control

Provides real-time visibility of field staff through GPS tracking. It is fundamental for coordination, route supervision, and location verification.

Restricted and Secure Access

Applies a security layer that allows restricting access to the application only to mobile devices authorized by their unique identifier.

Integrations and customization

Hubspot

Synchronizes tasks and customers bidirectionally between CheckOp and HubSpot. Allows information flow, adding notes and sending PDF reports for complete visibility.
